As I walked into the doctor's office to hear my first child's heartbeat, the all-too-familiar feeling of falling apart set in. My mind was racing through the questions a worried parent asks themselves. "Am I doing enough?" "Could I be doing more?" In my mind, I was dreaming up the life I wanted to give my family. But dreams have a funny thing about them. If you don't chase them they will always remain just that, dreams. 

It was then that I looked around and noticed that the floor was in an untidy condition. I asked the doctor "Do you happen to have a cleaning company?" to which he responded, “I used to.” Then with the gears already turning, I asked "Would you like me to give you a quote?" He was enthralled! 

Once I heard my child's heartbeat, I ran across the street as fast as my legs would allow me to reach the nearest printing company. I asked, still catching my breath, "could you create a business card for a cleaning company? The look doesn't matter so long as it has my information!" The woman behind the counter gave me a quizzical look, which was no doubt caused by my disheveled state. But she assured me that it would not be an issue. That led to Teal Cleaning Group's first and longest client. 

The rest is history.
